Add a NVRAM file for the Ampak AP6212 Wifi/BT module as used on the
Jumper EZpad mini 3 tablet. This file is based on the existing
brcm/brcmfmac43430-sdio.AP6212.txt NVRAM file with the values adjusted
for the Jumper EZpad mini 3 tablet.
