This reverts commit ef7be90bbb.

An unexpected API change went in these firmwaress, that isn't actually
compatible with all drivers supporting this API version.

Gregory Greenman f27dec616e iwlwifi: fix for the new FWs from core83-55 release 
Fix the -86 ucode firmwares for the currently supported hardware and
update the PNVM binaries. The original commit had signing issues.

Gregory Greenman a6744df81a iwlwifi: add FWs for new GL and MA device types with multiple RF modules 
Introduce the firmware and PNVM files for new device type
combinations, namely GL and MA HWs with Gf/Gf4 and Hr radio modules.

Hr radio doesn't require PNVM file.
