Add a NVRAM file for the Ampak AP6234 Wifi/BT module as used on the
Meegopad T08 HDMI stick. This file is based on the existing
brcm/brcmfmac43430-sdio.AP6212.txt NVRAM file with the values adjusted
for the Meegopad T08 HDMI stick.
