* tests/data/test-read-dwarf/test0.cc: Define a member function
	out-of-line, outside of its namespace.
	* tests/data/test-read-dwarf/test0.abi: Update the .abi file.
	* tests/data/test-read-dwarf/test0: Update the resulting binary.
