Rename it --kmi-whitelist. * doc/manuals/abidiff.rst: Add documentation for the --kmi-whitelist option. * tools/abidiff.cc (display_usage): Emit help string for the --kmi-whitelist option (parse_command_line): Parse the new --kmi-whitelist option, of the -w shortcut.
