Dodji Seketeli 2d51a6429f Remove useless redundant_filter
* include/abg-comp-filter.h (class redundant_filter): Remove this
	now useless type declaration
	* src/abg-comparison.cc (filtering::redundant_filter::visit):
	Remove this useless member function definition.
