Add missing apidoc to elf_symbol type

* src/abg-ir.cc (elf_symbol::{elf_symbol, get_name, set_name,
	get_type, set_type, get_binding, set_binding, get_version,
	is_defined, is_public, is_function, is_variable}): Add missing
	apidoc to these member functions.
