Support reference types

Browse Source 
* src/abg-dwarf-reader.cc (build_pointer_type_def): Do not forget
	to get the proper size of the pointer type.
	(build_reference_type): Define new static function.
	(build_ir_node_from_die): Call build_reference_type for the
	DW_TAG_reference_type and DW_TAG_rvalue_reference_type cases.
