Willy Tarreau 772f9a5874 BUILD: pools: make DEBUG_MEMORY_POOLS=1 the default option ... This option has been set by default for a very long time and also complicates the manipulation of the DEBUG variable. Let's make it the official default and permit to unset it by setting it to zero.
