Christopher Faulet 50264b41c8 MEDIUM: stream-int: Move SI err_type in the stream 
Only the server side is concerned by the stream-interface error type. It is
useless to have an err_type field on the client side. So, it is now move to
the stream. SI_ET_* are renames STRM_ET_* and moved in stream-t.h header
file.

This needs to be built from the top makefile, for example :

    make dev/flags/flags

Then the executable is usable either one value at a time from the
command line, either with values coming from stdin with "-" passed
alone instead of the value.

It is possible to restrict the decoding to certain fields only by
specifying one of "ana", "chn", "conn", "cs", "si", "sierr", "strm",
"task", or "txn" before the value.
