Christopher Faulet 908628c4c0 MEDIUM: tree-wide: Use CS util functions instead of SI ones
At many places, we now use the new CS functions to get a stream or a channel
from a conn-stream instead of using the stream-interface API. It is the
first step to reduce the scope of the stream-interfaces. The main change
here is about the applet I/O callback functions. Before the refactoring, the
stream-interface was the appctx owner. Thus, it was heavily used. Now, as
far as possible, the conn-stream is used. Of course, it remains many calls to
the stream-interface API.
