Christopher Faulet 6d1dd46917 MEDIUM: http_fetch: Remove code relying on HTTP legacy mode ... Since the legacy HTTP mode is disbabled, all HTTP sample fetches work on HTX streams. So it is safe to remove all code relying on HTTP legacy mode.
