Christopher Faulet eb89a7da33 MAJOR: spoe: Let the SPOE back into the game ... This reverts commits 885e40494c and dff9807188. We decided to spend some time to refactor and rationnalize the SPOE for the 3.1. Thus there is no reason to still consider it as deprecated for the 3.0.
