Olivier Houchard 305d5ab469 MAJOR: fd: Get rid of the fd cache. ... Now that the architecture was changed so that attempts to receive/send data always come from the upper layers, instead of them only trying to do so when the lower layer let them know they could try, we can finally get rid of the fd cache.
