Amaury Denoyelle 1290f1ebfb MEDIUM: mux-quic/h3/hq-interop: use ncbuf for bidir streams ... Add a ncbuf for data reception on qcs. Thanks to this, the MUX is able to buffered all received frame directly into the buffer. Flow control parameters will be used to ensure there is never an overflow.
