Frédéric Lécaille 07846cbda8 BUG/MINOR: quic: Wrong datagram dispatch because of qc_check_dcid() 
There was a parenthesis placed in the wrong place for a memcmp().
As a consequence, clients could not reuse a UDP address for a new connection.

Must be backported to 2.7.

ease of use.

Please refer to the following files depending on what you're looking for :

  - CONTRIBUTING for the process to follow to submit contributions

The more detailed documentation is located into the doc/ directory :

  - doc/lua.txt for the Lua's reference manual
  - doc/SPOE.txt for how to use the SPOE engine
