Willy Tarreau c9c6b683fb MEDIUM: stick-tables: add a new stored type for glitch_cnt and glitch_rate
This adds a new pair of stored types in the stick-tables:
  - glitch_cnt
  - glitch_rate

These keep count of the number of glitches reported on a front connection,
in order to decide how to act with a badly defective client or a potential
attacker. For now nothing updates these counters, but all the infrastructure
needed to configure, update and retrieve them was added, including the doc.

No regtest was added yet since they're not filled yet.

Willy Tarreau 668eb9aebf DOC: internal: update missing data types in peers-v2.0.txt
This is apparently the only location where the stored data types are
documented, but it was quite outdated as it stopped at gpc1 rate. This
patch adds the missing types (up to and including gpc_rate).

Willy Tarreau 84c4e7451e DOC: peers: fix the protocol tag name in the doc
The peers protocol has been using "HAProxyS" as a binary tag sent on the
wire since day one in 1.5-dev3 with commit 2b920a1af ("[MAJOR] Add new
files src/peer.c, include/proto/peers.h and include/types/peers.h for
sync stick table management"), regardless, the doc says the protocol
identifier is "HaproxyS". It is likely this got fixed in the code before
merging and not in the doc.

This should be backported to any release as the doc is wrong.

Emeric Brun 530ba38a70 BUG/MINOR: peers: fix internal/network key type mapping.
Network types were directly and mistakenly mapped on sample types:

This patch fix the doc with values effectively used to keep backward
compatiblitiy on existing implementations.

In addition it adds an internal/network mapping for key types to avoid
further mistakes adding or modifying internals types.

This patch should be backported on all maintained branches,
particularly until v1.8 included for documentation part.

Emeric Brun 9c05c48b1b DOC: add initial peers protovol v2.0 documentation.
[wt: the new version is 2.1 but it's useful to document the different
versions since they're found in field. There's some overlap with the
new one and they complement on certain areas. Most likely they'll
 ultimately be merged.]
