it might be useful to investigate logs of failed tests. to keep
artifacts small the following actions are taken
- only failed logs are kept
- logs retention is 6 days
for some reason image built in HAProxy workflow is "private", it
is succesfully built, but fails to pull. Let's try explicit docker login
for run job as well
