b2551057af CLEANUP: include: tree-wide alphabetical sort of include files
This patch fixes all the leftovers from the include cleanup campaign. There
were not that many (~400 entries in ~150 files) but it was definitely worth
doing it as it revealed a few duplicates.

36979d9ad5 REORG: include: move the error reporting functions to from log.h to errors.h
Most of the files dealing with error reports have to include log.h in order
to access ha_alert(), ha_warning() etc. But while these functions don't
depend on anything, log.h depends on a lot of stuff because it deals with
log-formats and samples. As a result it's impossible not to embark long
dependencies when using ha_warning() or qfprintf().

This patch moves these low-level functions to errors.h, which already
defines the error codes used at the same places. About half of the users
of log.h could be adjusted, sometimes revealing other issues such as
missing tools.h. Interestingly the total preprocessed size shrunk by
4%.

dfd3de8826 REORG: include: move stream.h to haproxy/stream{,-t}.h
This one was not easy because it was embarking many includes with it,
which other files would automatically find. At least global.h, arg.h
and tools.h were identified. 93 total locations were identified, 8
additional includes had to be added.

In the rare files where it was possible to finalize the sorting of
includes by adjusting only one or two extra lines, it was done. But
all files would need to be rechecked and cleaned up now.

It was the last set of files in types/ and proto/ and these directories
must not be reused anymore.

Only minor change was to make sure all defines were before the structs
in spoe-t.h, everything else went smoothly.

aeed4a85d6 REORG: include: move log.h to haproxy/log{,-t}.h
The current state of the logging is a real mess. The main problem is
that almost all files include log.h just in order to have access to
the alert/warning functions like ha_alert() etc, and don't care about
logs. But log.h also deals with real logging as well as log-format and
depends on stream.h and various other things. As such it forces a few
heavy files like stream.h to be loaded early and to hide missing
dependencies depending where it's loaded. Among the missing ones is
syslog.h which was often automatically included resulting in no less
than 3 users missing it.

Among 76 users, only 5 could be removed, and probably 70 don't need the
full set of dependencies.

A good approach would consist in splitting that file in 3 parts:
  - one for error output ("errors" ?).
  - one for log_format processing
  - and one for actual logging.

f268ee8795 REORG: include: split global.h into haproxy/global{,-t}.h
global.h was one of the messiest files, it has accumulated tons of
implicit dependencies and declares many globals that make almost all
other file include it. It managed to silence a dependency loop between
server.h and proxy.h by being well placed to pre-define the required
structs, forcing struct proxy and struct server to be forward-declared
in a significant number of files.

It was split in to, one which is the global struct definition and the
few macros and flags, and the rest containing the functions prototypes.

The UNIX_MAX_PATH definition was moved to compat.h.

aa74c4e1b3 REORG: include: move arg.h to haproxy/arg{,-t}.h
Almost no change was needed; chunk.h was replaced with buf-t.h.
It dpeends on types/vars.h and types/protocol_buffers.h.

8641605ff6 REORG: include: move hlua.h to haproxy/hlua{,-t}.h
This one required a few more includes as it uses list and ebpt_node.
It still references lots of types/ files for now.

92b4f1372e REORG: include: move time.h from common/ to haproxy/
This one is included almost everywhere and used to rely on a few other
.h that are not needed (unistd, stdlib, standard.h). It could possibly
make sense to split it into multiple parts to distinguish operations
performed on timers and the internal time accounting, but at this point
it does not appear much important.

853b297c9b REORG: include: split mini-clist into haproxy/list and list-t.h
Half of the users of this include only need the type definitions and
not the manipulation macros nor the inline functions. Moves the various
types into mini-clist-t.h makes the files cleaner. The other one had all
its includes grouped at the top. A few files continued to reference it
without using it and were cleaned.

In addition it was about time that we'd rename that file, it's not
"mini" anymore and contains a bit more than just circular lists.

fc80e30217 REORG: ebtree: clean up remains of the ebtree/ directory
The only leftovers were the unused compiler.h file and the LICENSE file
which is already mentioned in each and every ebtree file header.

A few build paths were updated in the contrib/ directory not to mention
this directory anymore, and all its occurrences were dropped from the
main makefile. From now on no other include path but include/ will be
needed anymore to build any file.

711ed6ae4a MAJOR: http: Remove the HTTP legacy code
First of all, all legacy HTTP analyzers and all functions exclusively used by
them were removed. So the most of the functions in proto_http.{c,h} were
removed. Only functions to deal with the HTTP transaction have been kept. Then,
http_msg and hdr_idx modules were entirely removed. And finally the structure
http_msg was lightened of all its useless information about the legacy HTTP. The
structure hdr_ctx was also removed because unused now, just like unused states
in the enum h1_state. Note that the memory pool "hdr_idx" was removed and
"http_txn" is now smaller.

bf60f6b803 BUG/MEDIUM: contrib/modsecurity: If host header is NULL, don't try to strdup it
I discovered this bug when running OWASP regression tests against HAProxy +
modsecurity-spoa (it's a POC to evaluate how it is working). I found out that
modsecurity spoa will crash when the request doesn't have any Host header.

See the pull request #86 on github for details.

This patch must be backported to 1.9 and 1.8.

843b7cbe9d MEDIUM: chunks: make the chunk struct's fields match the buffer struct
Chunks are only a subset of a buffer (a non-wrapping version with no head
offset). Despite this we still carry a lot of duplicated code between
buffers and chunks. Replacing chunks with buffers would significantly
reduce the maintenance efforts. This first patch renames the chunk's
fields to match the name and types used by struct buffers, with the goal
of isolating the code changes from the declaration changes.

Most of the changes were made with spatch using this coccinelle script :

  @rule_d1@
  typedef chunk;
  struct chunk chunk;
  @@
  - chunk.str
  + chunk.area

  @rule_d2@
  typedef chunk;
  struct chunk chunk;
  @@
  - chunk.len
  + chunk.data

  @rule_i1@
  typedef chunk;
  struct chunk *chunk;
  @@
  - chunk->str
  + chunk->area

  @rule_i2@
  typedef chunk;
  struct chunk *chunk;
  @@
  - chunk->len
  + chunk->data

Some minor updates to 3 http functions had to be performed to take size_t
ints instead of ints in order to match the unsigned length here.

58b8e492a3 BUG/MINOR: contrib/modsecurity: Don't reset the status code during disconnect
When the connection is closed by HAProxy, the status code provided in the
DISCONNECT frame is lost. By retransmitting it in the agent's reply, we are sure
to have it in the SPOE logs.

This patch may be backported in 1.8.

6381650516 MAJOR: spoe: upgrade the SPOP version to 2.0 and remove the support for 1.0
The commit c4dcaff3 ("BUG/MEDIUM: spoe: Flags are not encoded in network order")
introduced an incompatibility with older agents. So the major version of the
SPOP is increased to make the situation unambiguous. And because before the fix,
the protocol is buggy, the support of the version 1.0 is removed to be sure to
not continue to support buggy agents.

The agents in the contrib folder (spoa_example, modsecurity and mod_defender)
are also updated to announce the SPOP version 2.0.

So, to be clear, from the patch, connections to agents announcing the SPOP
version 1.0 will be rejected.

This patch must be backported in 1.8.

633f3bffed BUG/MEDIUM: contrib/modsecurity: Use network order to encode/decode flags
A recent fix on the SPOE revealed a mismatch between the SPOE specification and
the modsecurity implementation on the way flags are encoded or decoded. They
must be exchanged using the network bytes order and not the host one.

Be careful though, this patch breaks the compatiblity with HAProxy SPOE before
commit c4dcaff3 ("BUG/MEDIUM: spoe: Flags are not encoded in network order").
