Tim Duesterhus	6bcdc6530a	MINOR: Configure the cpp userdiff driver for *.[ch] in .gitattributes ... This might improve the output of `git diff` in certain cases. Tim Duesterhus	78b9c54c66	MINOR: Commit .gitattributes ... Commit .gitattributes to the repository to allow GitHub downloads to properly fill in the SUBVERS and VERDATE files.
