The legacy HTTP subsystem has been removed. HTX is always enabled.

Frédéric Lécaille b894f9230c REGTEST: adapt some reg tests after renaming. 
Some reg tests and their dependencies have been renamed. They may be
referenced by the .vtc files. So, this patch modifies also the references
to these dependencies.

Frédéric Lécaille d7a8f14145 REGTEST: rename the reg test files. 
We rename all the VTC files to avoid name collisions when importing/backporting.
