DOC: management/lua: Update commands about map and acl

Browse Source 
Because maps and list of ACLs are no longer necessarily referenced by
filenames, CLI commands to manipulate them were updated accordingly. Instead
of "filename" we talk about "name" now.

The same is performed in the LUA documentation.
