MINOR: ssl: handle ca-file appending in cafile_entry
In order to be able to append new CA in a cafile_entry, ssl_store_load_ca_from_buf() was reworked and a "append" parameter was added. The function is able to keep the previous X509_STORE which was already present in the cafile_entry.
