CLEANUP: quic: Replace <nb_pto_dgrams> by <probe>

This modification should have come with this commit:
    "MINOR: quic: Remove nb_pto_dgrams quic_conn struct member"
where the nb_pto_dgrams quic_conn struct member was removed.
