BUG/MINOR: fct peer_prepare_ackmsg should not use trash.

function 'peer_prepare_ackmsg' is designed to use the argument 'msg'
instead of 'trash.str'.

There is currently no bug because the caller passes 'trash.str' in
the 'msg' argument.
