CLEANUP: mux-h2: Remove unused flag H2_SF_DATA_CHNK
Since the legacy HTTP mode has been removed, this flag is not necessary anymore. Removing this flag, a test on the HTX message at the end of the function h2c_decode_headers() has also been removed fixing the github issue #244. No backport needed.
