MAJOR: pattern/map: Extends the map edition system in the patterns

This patch add the following socket command line options:

  show acl [<id>]
  clear acl <id>
  get acl <id> <pattern>
  del acl <id> <pattern>
  add acl <id> <pattern>

The system used for maps is backported in the pattern functions.
