MEDIUM: ssl: rename 'OpenSSL' by 'SSL library' in haproxy -vv

It's been some time since we are compatible with multiple SSL libraries,
let's rename the "OpenSSL library" strings in "SSL library" strings in
haproxy -vv, in order to be more generic.
