cephfs: add path-based xattr functions
This change adds wrappers for:
* ceph_getxattr
* ceph_listxattr
* ceph_removexattr
* ceph_setxattr
As well as:
* ceph_lgetxattr
* ceph_llistxattr
* ceph_lremovexattr
* ceph_lsetxattr
