rados: naming conventions: fix c_cluster_name, c_name

Fix up variable names that don't meet Go standards.

Command: gofmt -w -r "c_cluster_name -> cClusterName" rados/rados.go
Command: gofmt -w -r "c_name -> cName" rados/rados.go
