Rémi Denis-Courmont 0231097d1b lavu/x86: remove GCC 4.4- stuff
Since the C11 support is required, those GCC versions can no longer be
supported anyhow. (Clang pretends to be GCC 4.4, but it looks like the
code was intended for old GCC specifically.)
