Stefano Sabatini 4381bddc9f lavfi: consistently use int for sample_rate in AVFilterLink and AVFilterBufferRefAudioProps 
Also consistent with AVCodecContext.sample_rate. Simplify/avoid
pointless type checks and conversions.

Breaks audio API/ABI.
