Anton Khirnov 25b3babe11 lavfi: always enable the scale filter and depend on sws. 
The scale filter is used for internal colorspace conversions, so it must
always be present.

Diego Biurrun e7e19b15c7 build: Only clean the architecture subdirectory we build for. 
This allows simplifying the Makefiles; it is no longer necessary to register
arch subdirectory Makefiles, just putting them in place is enough.

Anton Khirnov e1d9dbf2d4 lavfi: add a new function av_buffersrc_buffer(). 
It can be used to directly pass a AVFilterBufferRef to lavfi, avoiding a
memcpy.

Stefano Sabatini ec2ac9271c lavfi: add rgbtestsrc source, ported from MPlayer libmpcodecs 
The licence was changed from GPL to LGPL with explicit approval from
the original author.

With the following additions:
* support to gray format
* support to yuva420p format
* parametric luma/chroma/alpha radius
* consistency check on the radius values, avoid crashes with invalid values

Mans Rullgard 28e1c97916 build: rework rules for things in the tools dir 
Declaring tools associated with each library in their respective
makefiles allows these tools to easily depend on the correct
prerequisites and link against the libs they need.

Diego Biurrun a6213f3dce build: Remove redundant config.mak includes from subdirectory Makefiles. 
Calling Make from subdirectories is not supported and config.mak has
multiple inclusion guards anyway, so the top-level include is enough.

* support to anti-aliased glyph rendering
* support to UTF-8 text and Unicode chars rendering

Reinhard Tartler 737eb5976f Merge libavcore into libavutil 
It is pretty hopeless that other considerable projects will adopt
libavutil alone in other projects. Projects that need small footprint
are better off with more specialized libraries such as gnulib or rather
just copy the necessary parts that they need. With this in mind, nobody
is helped by having libavutil and libavcore split. In order to ease
maintenance inside and around FFmpeg and to reduce confusion where to
put common code, avcore's functionality is merged (back) to avutil.

Stefano Sabatini cf69ad35c5 Redesign the libopencv wrapper to make it more generic. Accept both 
FILTERNAME=ARGS and FILTERNAME:ARGS syntax.

The same filter class will be used for managing all the libopencv
filtering functions.

Michael Niedermayer acbac56789 yadif filter, based on stefanos port of my yadif from mplayer. 
Compared to stefanos, 2 frame output works with ffplay.
