3cac899af9 Split the ADTS header decoder off of the ADTS parser. 
The AAC decoder and ADTS-to-ASC BSF both require the header decoder
but not full parsing capabilities.

ec1ee802a2 mingw32: properly check if vfw capture is supported by the system headers 
Remove check for an specific w32api version, checking instead if vfw.h
supports vfw capture. The defines in w32api 3.12 were wrong, so this must be
accounted for in the check.

a788196e20 Remove --enable-gprof flag 
gprof is far too intrusive to be of use as a profile for ffmpeg,
and it fails to build in many configurations.  Oprofile is a
better tool for profiling on Linux.

a65e687b2f Add barcelona to the list of cmov/fast_cmov compatible CPUs.

164aab02a0 MPEG-2 DXVA2 implementation 
It allows VLD MPEG-2 decoding using DXVA2 (GPU assisted decoding API under
VISTA and Windows 7).
 It is implemented by using AVHWAccel API.
