avutil/common: Fix underflow for ROUNDED_DIV with unsigned integer

Browse Source 
When used ROUNDED_DIV(a,b), if a is unsigned integer zero, it's
will lead to an underflow issue(it called unsigned integer
wrapping).

Fixes #8062
