libxvid: add working lumimasking and variance AQ
The old implementation is unusable due to changes in the Xvid API. Further fixes by Michael Niedermayer <michaelni@gmx.at>. Signed-off-by: Vittorio Giovara <vittorio.giovara@gmail.com>
