systemd: lock down more privileges
Including:

        ProtectClock=true
        ProtectHostname=true
        ProtectKernelLogs=true
        RestrictSUIDSGID=true

Also, alphabetize [service] settings.

Finally, add some protections for
systemd/ceph-immutable-object-cache@.service.in present in our other
service files but not this one.
