Sage Weil eb4b43b137 upgrade/hammer-x: fix ec portion of workload ... This should go in the workload sequence. *also*, it'll be the first item, which pushes the many pool creations in the api tests off until after packages install, which avoids a problem with ceph-mon running crushtool while it is being extracted.
