Kamoltat 2c25b29347 qa/standalone/mon-stretch/mon-stretch-uneven-crush-weights.sh: init
Initialize standalone test for stretched clusters,
testing uneven weight warnings and != 2 buckets
warnings.

Added `wait_for_health_gone()` function in ceph-helpers.sh
this function allows us to wait for health condition to
disappear when doing standalone tests.
