ceph/install-deps.sh
Kefu Chai 32aaa44904 install-deps.sh: use sepia/lab-extra/8
some build dependencies are still missing in PowerTools and EPEL8, so we
built and pushed them to sepia so it can be used before they are ready
in these repos.
