.SH DESCRIPTION
.B mkmonfs
will create a fresh monitor data directory in \fIdatadir\fP for
monitor \fImonid\fP based on the specified \fImonmap\fP and
\fIosdmap\fP.  It will refuse to overwrite any existing data unless
\fB\-\-clobber\fP is specified.
