There is a potential race between the expected exceptions being
thrown and Python shutting down racing with librados background
threads. Ensure that librados is properly shut down prior to
exiting Python.

Error ERANGE: pg_num 100 size 3 would mean 648 total pgs, which exceeds max 600 (mon_max_pg_per_osd 200 * num_in_osds 3)

/bin/bash is a Linuxism. Other operating systems install bash to
different paths. Use /usr/bin/env in shebangs to find bash.

Require that the pool name be passed twice along with an force option
before we irreversibly delete an entire pool of objects.
