...and add a warning at the very top of the document
that it is not for ordinary user use.

Considered just not linking this in at all, but it
seems a shame to have it here but not be able to
e.g. google it and link to it.

be7de7ab0d doc: fix mgr literal block rST syntax 
Prior to this change, there were double-colon ("::") characters in the
HTML docs to indicate literal blocks.

The proceeding paragraphs were not pre-formatted because there was no
newline between the double-colon and the to-be-pre-formatted paragraph.

Move the "::" characters inline to simplify the syntax and make Sphinx
properly interpret these texts as literal blocks.

bd9695d50c doc: Radosgw multitenancy config paramater change 
Radosgw multitenancy configuration parameter
"rgw keystone make new tenants" never works even
applied. When gone through the code, itseems this
parameter is not used. But "rgw keystone implicit
tenants" works as the code looks for this.

Modified the configuration parameter in two files
mentioned below from "rgw keystone make new tenants"
to "rgw keystone implicit tenants"

mds: remove max_mds config option 
It is now required that all changes to max_mds use the run-time `ceph fs
set max_mds` command. The rationale for this change is that it is
confusing to have a configuration for max_mds which is only observed at
file system creation.

efc235895d doc: remove btrfs contradiction 
btrfs is not "the ideal choice for Ceph clusters" because it isn't mature and
the promised features (like deduplication) have not materialized.

The "Filesystems -> Recommended" section of this very same document (several
paragraphs) above the paragraph being modified by this commit, has been
modified to say "We used to recommend btrfs for testing, development, and any
non-critical deployments. . . . However . . . ."

This PR removes this contradiction.

While the Ceph RPMs etc. are GPG signed, there are various
attacks against signed RPMs without signed/trusted *metadata*
that are elaborated on in https://theupdateframework.github.io/

Since download.ceph.com handles it today, let's make it the default.
(Might want to run this by the server admins though).

dbf5b5b73d rgw: fix the handling of rgw_swift_url_prefix. 
This patch fixes to the support for placing the Swift API in the root
of URL hierarchy. Unfortunately, the whole concept exhibits a severe side
effect: inability to deploy RadosGW in multi-site configuration.

The sole reason behind this fix is the fact we claimed in documentation
that the feature is available.

3c43185002 doc: more details for pool deletion 
Prior to this change, the documention instructed administrators to
delete rulesets and users, but did not go into details regarding how to
do that.

Add example commands that admins may use to search for rulesets and
users that might reference the to-be-deleted pool.

a simple bench for read.

This patch add a new subcommand of bench, with an option of --io-type.
Then we can do a simple bench for write or read.

bd47272b93 doc/dev/msgr2: include stream ids 
- Add stream ids to the protocol.  This will allow us to
  multiplex multiple entities over the same TCP
  connection.

- Add a frame length.  This lets us pull entire frames
  off the wire without any introspection.  This is
  helpful on the implementation side because each stream
  may have a different cipher and for performance reasons
  because we want to pull large chunks from the network
  at a time.

- Simplify to a single frame format description, with
  only one optional variation (signature or no
  signature).

653bc453e3 rbd: add methods to set and get snapshot limits 
Add a subcommand, rbd snap limit set <image> --limit <integer>, to
limit the number of snapshots that may be made of a given image.
To clear, use rbd snap limit clear <image>. Add an omap
key, 'snap_limit' to the RBD header for implementation. Add object
classes to set and query the limit. Older OSDs will ignore the limit.

I don't think this is necessary.  Our signature and cipher state
includes prior messages, so as long as we have a confounded
start (a confounder in MSG_AUTH_DONE, in this case) then we are
in good shape.
