14151f2abe docs/start: fix min. hardware rec. typo 
The minimum hardware recommendations said that we
recommended a minimum of "24GB+ per daemon".

I changed this to read "2-4GB+ per daemon".

8ff162e7f9 rgw: remove user-caps from RGWOp_User_Modify 
The adminOps API for Modify User checks for user-caps value in the
request but does handle that in later code path. Caps have seperate apis
add_cap and remove_cap already present to modify exisitng caps in user.
Hence removing unused cap variables in RGWOp_User_Modify::execute().

67bb13859a mon/FSCommands: add 'recover' flag in fs new command 
Currently, to recover a file system after recovering monitor store, you
need to stop all the MDSs; create FSMap with defaults using `fs new`
command; execute `fs reset` command to get the file system's rank 0 into
existing but failed state; and then restart MDSs.

Add 'recover' flag to the `fs new` command that sets the file system's
rank 0 to existing but failed state, and sets the file system's
'joinable' setting to False. Using the `fs new` command with 'recover'
flag gets rid of the steps to stop all the MDSs and execute `fs reset`
command when recovering the file system after recoving monitor store.

0c823a54a6 doc/rbd: describe Hyper-V disk addressing limitations 
Hyper-V identifies passthrough VM disks by number instead of SCSI ID, although
the disk number can change across host reboots. This means that the VMs can end
up using incorrect disks after rebooting the host, which is an important
security concern. This issue also affects iSCSI and Fibre Channel disks.

We're going to document this Hyper-V limitation along with possible
workarounds.

96d84acf5a ceph-volume: support no_systemd with lvm migrate 
The `ceph-volume lvm migrate/new-db/new-wal` commands don't support
running on non systemd systems or within containers.
Like other ceph-volume commands (lvm activate/batch/zap or raw activate)
we also need to be able to use the --no-systemd flag.

b367672082 doc: adjust client.rbd-mirror-peer mon cap 
On top of "profile rbd" permissions, "profile rbd-mirror-peer" also
allows getting rbd/mirror and setting rbd/mirror/peer/* config keys.
This is what "rbd mirror pool peer bootstrap create" does.
