Douglas Fuller	7d97a6e6f8	cephfs: kill allow_dirfrags ... As dirfrags are now standard in CephFS, remove the machinery for tracking and enabling this feature. ceph fs set <fs> allow_dirfrags is now deprecated and prints a warning message.
