808ad25a28 doc: Removed fragmented logging info. Consolidated into one doc. 
Logging was variously described in the ceph configuration document,
a configuration reference, and a section in operations. Since
logging and debugging are generally used with troubleshooting,
I consolidated the docs and placed them in the troubleshooting
section. Also fixed the example and provided additional detail.

6af769a16f librados: cleanly define SNAP_HEAD, SNAP_DIR constants 
We were using the internal CEPH_NOSNAP and CEPH_SNAPDIR constants, and
defining a clone_info_t::HEAD (with a different value).  The docs were
referrring to the internal constant names.

Instead, define librados constants (C and C++) with the same values as the
internal types.

Note that this changes the clone_info_t::HEAD value from -1 to -2 so that
it now matches the internal type.

e7167433ae rbd: implement 'export-diff' and 'import-diff' commands 
Export a diff of an image from a previous snapshot to a file (or stdout).

Import a diff and apply it to an image, and then create the ending
snapshot.

1597b3e3a1 librbd: optionally wait for a flush before enabling writeback 
Older guests may not send flushes properly (i.e. never), so if this is
enabled, rbd_cache=true is safe for them transparently.

Disable by default, since it will unnecessarily slow down newer guest
boot, and prevent writeback caching for things that don't need to send
flushes, like the command line tool.

When specifying caps, the entire 'allow ...' bit needs to be in the
single quotes, including the pool= part.

aec2a4742c s3/php: update to 1.5? version of API 
Something like v1.5 of the Amazon PHP library requires the AmazonS3
constructor to be given an array of parameters rather than using
the globals.  More research needs to happen, and particularly
about the v2 API, but this might solve someone's problem with
v1.5 while we do that research.

248835d483 doc: wider sidebar, larger font, cleaned tip CSS 
The sidebar is now about a hundred pixels wider and the fonts
are larger throughout.  This works a lot better when you get
deep into the doc structure - it used to wrap horribly.

I also fixed how literals look inside .tip and .important.

48308954cb Clarify journal size based on filestore max sync 
The docs had the recommended journal size based on the option
"filestore min sync interval" when it should have been
"filestore max sync interval".

While in there, fix a couple of typos -- multiple when it should
be multiply, and a missing word.  Change "Should at least twice"
to "Should be at least twice..."

 legacy: the legacy values
 argonaut: the argonaut defaults, and what is supported.. legacy! (*(
 bobtail: best that bobtail supports
 optimal: the current optimal values
 default: the current default values

* In actuality, argonaut supports some of the tunables, but it doesn't
  say so via the feature bits.

84c5d85764 rbd: support plain/json/xml output formatting 
This patch renames the --format option to --image-format, for
specifying the RBD image format, and uses --format to specify the
output formatting (to be consistent with the other ceph tools). To
avoid breaking backwards compatibility with existing scripts, rbd will
still accept --format [1|2] for the image format, but will print a
warning message, noting its use is deprecated.

The rbd subcommands that support the new --format option are : ls, info, snap
list, children, showmapped, lock list.
