Since 58eaa237b0, an MDS is only promoted if it is compatible with the
file system compat. The users may see persistent failed state even they
have enough standby daemons.

Currently, to recover a file system after recovering monitor store, you
need to stop all the MDSs; create FSMap with defaults using `fs new`
command; execute `fs reset` command to get the file system's rank 0 into
existing but failed state; and then restart MDSs.
Add 'recover' flag to the `fs new` command that sets the file system's
rank 0 to existing but failed state, and sets the file system's
'joinable' setting to False. Using the `fs new` command with 'recover'
flag gets rid of the steps to stop all the MDSs and execute `fs reset`
command when recovering the file system after recoving monitor store.

I was just going through these steps myself, and I found it difficult to locate and run `run-frontend-e2e-tests.sh`. Specifying the location of it might make it clearer to others where the correct script is located.

Hyper-V identifies passthrough VM disks by number instead of SCSI ID, although
the disk number can change across host reboots. This means that the VMs can end
up using incorrect disks after rebooting the host, which is an important
security concern. This issue also affects iSCSI and Fibre Channel disks.
We're going to document this Hyper-V limitation along with possible
workarounds.

The `ceph-volume lvm migrate/new-db/new-wal` commands don't support
running on non systemd systems or within containers.
Like other ceph-volume commands (lvm activate/batch/zap or raw activate)
we also need to be able to use the --no-systemd flag.

On top of "profile rbd" permissions, "profile rbd-mirror-peer" also
allows getting rbd/mirror and setting rbd/mirror/peer/* config keys.
This is what "rbd mirror pool peer bootstrap create" does.
