suites: switch filesystem tests from btrfs to xfs

btrfs threw up occasional failures, and the long term
target will be bluestore instead of btrfs.

knfs: remove the MDS debugging

It doesn't fit on the typica boxes with debugging, and we probably don't need
it for any NFS issues which do arise...
