The previous method to get the watcher admin socket was fragile
and had started to fail after the recent changes to vstart ceph.conf.

/bin/bash is a Linuxism. Other operating systems install bash to
different paths. Use /usr/bin/env in shebangs to find bash.

Add the pool name for a given rbd imgae when executing rbd admin socket
commands in case there are more than one images with the same name in
different pools.
