so we don't need to use virtualenv python package for creating a
virtualenv, the "venv" module in Python3 would suffice.

For the ceph-iscsi test case we need to run the tests sequentially,
because the client test will depend on the gateway ones.

To be able to catch problems with python2 *and* python3, run flake8
with both versions. From the flake8 homepage:
It is very important to install Flake8 on the correct version of
Python for your needs. If you want Flake8 to properly parse new
language features in Python 3.5 (for example), you need it to be
installed on 3.5 for Flake8 to understand those features. In many
ways, Flake8 is tied to the version of Python on which it runs.
Also fix the problems with python3 on the way.
Note: This requires now the six module for teuthology. But this is
already an install_require in teuthology itself.

Commit 0d8887652d ("qa/tasks/cram: use suite_repo repository for all
cram jobs") removed hardcoded git.ceph.com links, but as it turned out
it is still used for nightlies. There is no good way to accommodate
the different URL schemes, so let's get rid of URLs altogether.

Currently git.ceph.com is hardcoded for all cram jobs. Testing
modifications is a pain: one needs to push to either ceph/ceph.git or
ceph/ceph-ci.git (depending on where the ceph branch is at, triggering
unnecessary builds in the latter case) and wait for the mirror to sync.
Runs scheduled against branches in developer's forks fail.
Move away from git.ceph.com to allow mixing branches and repositories,
similar to workunits.

/usr/sbin is not in non-login PATH on centos. We already do this for
workunits, see commit 0e53f5f38b ("workunit: include /usr/sbin in the
PATH for all commands").
